My Design Process
During the course of PG and professional experience, I underwent projects on human-centered approach and applied design thinking to the same. The Design Thinking process that I applied was adapted from the teachings at the college and combined with the Interaction Design Foundation courses. The process was constantly refined through the experiences in various industry projects.
The user research was the crucial step in my design process and I was able to carry out different research methods such as Contextual inquiry, user interviews and ethnographic studies. They have enabled me to test my designs thoroughly, allowing me to say with conviction that my designs fit the customer requirements.
